CPAP/ APAP Machine Extended Warranty Program (Multiple Plans Available)

Extended Warranty Coverage For all Airsense 10 and Airsense 11 CPAP or APAP machines:

ResMed's Warranty is 2-year's from date of purchase (CLICK HERE to read warranty information.) but does not cover shipping costs or loaner machines while your machine is shipped in for repair.

You can purchase a 3-Year, 4-Year or 5-Year extended Warranty! ResMed requires any CPAP or APAP Machine to be shipped in for repairs (If needed) which could result in weeks or months in which you do not have a CPAP Machine Available. This extended warranty will provide coverage for the following:

• The cost to repair your machine if breaking down from normal wear and tear (will not cover physical damage or abuse)
• It will provide you with a loaner machine at no charge while your machine is being repaired (Optional Purchase)*
• It will cover the cost of shipping for your Covered CPAP or APAP machine to be repaired and returned to you.**
• If your machine is damaged and found to not be covered under the warranty you will get a credit for the entire warranty amount towards the purchase of a new machine during the Warranty Period. ***

Extended Warranty Plans are determined by the date of purchase. The Manufacturer's warranty will be used first after which anything not covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be covered under the extended warranty as outlined above.

The Extended Warranty Plans are as follows:

• 3-year Extended warranty (No Loaner machine coverage): $125.00
• 3-year Extended warranty (WITH Loaner machine coverage): $175.00
• 4-year Extended warranty (No Loaner machine coverage): $145.00
• 4-year Extended warranty (WITH Loaner machine coverage): $195.00
• 5-year Extended warranty (No Loaner machine coverage): $175.00
• 5-year Extended warranty (With Loaner machine coverage): $225.00

Please note the extended warranty will only apply to one CPAP or APAP device. If multiple Devices are purchased at the same time, One warranty has to be purchased for CPAP or APAP device. If multiple CPAP or APAP devices are purchased and only one warranty is purchased, the warranty will be applied to the CPAP or APAP device with the lowest chronological Serial Number.

* If a loaner machine is required by you, the extended warranty will provide you with a free loaner machine to use while your machine is in for service. If the machine is required to be shipped to you, you agree to pay for the shipping cost to send the machine to you and return the machine to our Niagara Falls Ontario location.  You will be required to pay a security deposit for the loaner machine of $500.00, which is completely refundable to you upon returning the loaner machine as long as the machine is not physically damaged and in good working order.  The machine is required to be returned to us within 15 days of us requesting the machine to be returned, which would typically occur after you receive your repaired machine back, or if a determination is made that your machine cannot be repaired or the damage to your machine is physical and not covered under the warranty. If you fail to return the loaner machine in the 15 days you the $500 security deposit will be non-refundable.

** If your machine is assessed and determined to be non-repairable, or the repair is not a covered repair (For example physical damage), you will be required to pay for shipping to have the machine returned to you. 

*** The entire value of the extended warranty will be applied to the purchase of a new CPAP or APAP Machine of the same or newer model. The Extended Warranty is not refundable and can only be applied to future purchases if your machine is not repairable.
